I want to learn ios programming, but I just don't know where to start!

hi,i'm student highly interested in programming , these stuffs.
want start learning ios programming, can't it.
i've been studying vb year, , ios programming looks randomized combination of letters!
should start with? should master c? c++?
advise helpful me...
