How Do I Get My Wallpaper to Show on the Homescreen with the Glass Orb Theme?

the usual method in winterboard of selecting "user wallpaper" , placing above "g.o.c. hd" in priority isn't working. "user lockscreen" forces me use wallpaper comes stock theme. make matters weirder, when open folder, wallpaper want on homescreen visible outside of folder.

how wallpaper show instead of stock wallpaper? appreciated. thanks.

i did ipad2 last night, did dream board theme though may still work wanting. did find photo in ifile copy , went /var/mobile/library/dreamboard, able click on theme using, find out stored wallpaper images , copied there, renamed match others
