[HELP] I lost my banner notifications for new text message.

i had bitesms installed used apple settings , had banner preview working day or 2 noticed today wasn't getting banner preview anymore. had callbar installed , thought maybe had uninstalled well. still no luck.

uninstalled bitesms , using stock messaging app , still don't have banner preview texts. i've respringed , rebooted.

else have issue or know of fix?
