Failing Harddrive – Will it affect the integrity of my data?

i have failing hard drive on current macbook pro (it having symptom had on failing hard drive on macbook had – clicking drive noises).

i'm backing hard drive quite regularly using time machine , syncing crucial files dropbox, i'm afraid integrity of data, meaning if hard drive fails, , restore mac installation using time machine onto new hard drive installed macbook pro, i'm afraid some/all recent backed data corrupt.
