Can I use the new iPad in France? (3G or 4G) Bought in USA..

hi pre-ordered new ipad in us. going paris 6 months, , wondering if can use 4g network in france usa model.

if not, can use 3g network new ipad?

yes. can insert gsm sim card at&t new ipad device, , use worldwide. sim free device!! not able enjoy 4g capabilities, they're not available. 3g.
