Baseband 04.10.01 = Unlock?

hello! baseband 04.10.01 on iphone4 in way indicates it's already factory unlocked? i'm wondering since don't want buy wrong iphone in used condition unlocked through hacking method; have factory unlocked instead.

you cannot tell baseband version if iphone factory unlocked.
have test out few different sims make sure.
particular baseband version unlockable gevey turbo sim carefull before purchase. might locked iphone sim adapter unlock if ever update official firmware lose unlock , wont able use it.
