Advice for Buying Mac RAM

hey guys want upgrade macbook pro 13" 2011 16gb ram.
saw lot of videos , used 270$~ ram. thought outrageous since other ram cheaper.
did research , found out mac ram must 1.5 vlots , of speed/latency 9-9-9-24
following results of search.
