3GS home button not working?

i've got 3gs home button not work, i've tried 3 dock connectors (fully working) , still home button not work, tried different home button (tried tested in 3gs working) still no luck?

i'm thinking motherboard? don't know do

note, had working 3g , striped change rear case, when assembled home button stopped working also? , tried above.

appreciated thanks.

 

anybody? i'm totally stumped!
