MP4 to WAV - Is there ANY program that can do this for free?

i'm working on music project client, requires me work on audio of dvd. have access logic studio suite, can't seem import mp4 or mv4 files (aka dvd).

have done before, think using vlc on windows (which unfortunately not option right now). vlc on mac seems lack export features.

urgent, if has advice, ears (please don't suggest purchasing video software). time.

 

to .wav? ignoring "why", can't itunes that?
