Jailbreak bricked my iPhone?

guys need little help.
jailbroke phone , going great. installed sbsettings , 3g unrestrictor. tried test 3g facetime call , failed. received "no service" status. tried rebooting, airplane on/off, reset network settings , backup , restore. itunes downloaded software restore , received error, think error 21, , when click on link there no information available.

have sprint iphone 4s.
