hey guys/gals.
i've been anticipating new generation mba picked used mba (for month; friend visited california mexico , didn't realize keyboard layout , not mexico).
offered me $850 cash , couldn't resist since retail $1599 before tax. (it's practically brand new)
anyway, read guide above forum "complete steps reformatting mba" free ~8gb of hd space.
http://guides.macrumors.com/complete_steps_to_perform_a_clean_os_x_reinstall_on_your_macbook_air
i'm bit confused guide states can reformat via
1) remote install using computer's dvd drive
or
2) superdrive or other usb-connected external dvd drive
did bit of research on google , forum, states if have newer mba, osx within hd recovery partition ( https://discussions.apple.com/message/17280972#17280972 )
method stated in link above same method(s) in macrumors guide on how reinstall os x?
free ~8gb though i'm on 256gb hd.
guys! (btw i'm in loveeeeeee mba!!!)
most of 8gb gain languages , unneeded drivers, think running "monolingual" program permanently deletes other language except native.
