Adobe's confusing message re:Flash Builder for mobile apps

developers making apps multiple mobile platforms -- ipad, android, playbook, etc. -- can use adobe flash builder purpose. adobe's product website:
but adobe's product announcement weekend gives different story. adobe used native tools ipad , android apps. though should have been faster, didn't use own flash builder making multi-platform photoshop touch app. adobe's actions speak louder [marketing] words.

why didn't adobe use own tools building , deploying product? product developers targeting multiple tablet platforms, when make sense use flash builder?

perhaps teams along native versions. or maybe because want more speed. it's okay want that. photo tool quite different say, simpler application.

as said, when don't want (or have time, or money, or know how) write native apps product targets.
