App Store and iTunes store not loading

lately have had lots of trouble accessing either itunes store or mac app store. keep getting connection timeout errors. haven't seen others having problems, me? causing on end?

 

you try clearing safari cache....if won't it, try re-setting safari...both available file menu drop down.
