New iPad display lag

the retina display seems have lag in refresh rate, left right. in portrait mode, scroll , down quickly, , horizontal lines become diagonal, right side trailing left.

same effect can seen in landscape, it's lag top bottom.

reminds me of rolling shutter effect makes vertical lines appear slanted when moving camera quickly.

 

i've noticed too, when swiping between pages on home screen. maybe 1 of drawbacks of having refresh 2048 x 1536 display
