iTunes want to delete photos

hi!

need help. yesterday have did fresh clean install of osx lion on imac. afcourse have deleted photos iphone on mac, have synced them iphone. other stuff have saved external disk. have problem, want sync photos imac, when click in itunes sync photos says erase photos in albums on iphone. have created albums iphoto.

can do?

not sure how works on mac when plug iphone in on win pc shows external drive. drag , drop.

itunes sync one-way why it's prompting it'll delete photos. never goes phone > itunes, itunes > phone.
