Router setting affect wifi sync?

ever since ios 5 have been having plenty of trouble wifi sync between iphone 4s, ipad(3rdgen), , windows 7 machine.

running absolute latest versions , have had problem persisting across numerous restores, reformats, etc etc...

starting wonder if problem bonjour or router.

regularly walk computer , find large stack of itunes errors, pertaining iphone/ipad sync fails.

there settings need adjust?

 

there lot of random cases turns out router issue. have 2wire through at&t uverse, , had buy airpot extreme because 2wire not support apple products well.
