Return iPad

i had 32gb ipad 2 , worked fine me, when got new ipad, got 32gb. sadly, 1 seems low on space (5gb left) because i'm using more. want exchange within 14 days 64gb, have perfect ipad right now, , i'm scared i'll 1 yellow tint or of sort. chances of happening, , can if happens?
