New computer iPhone

ok sisters pc took dump (imagine that) other day had restore thing stock had reload itunes. if plugs in iphone 4 doesn't know it. if syncs computer, since new computer now, loose anything?

 

i think if logs itunes account on pc before plugging in iphone should ok.
