Is my Mac Mini dead?

i got month ago. fine. occasional kernel panic, started getting lot last week. had erase + reformat hdd , install lion again. after hour or 2 of use, kernel panic upon startup , goes being stuck on boot screen.

 

take apple store , have genius take care of it.
