How to restore address book from Time Machine?

how restore address book? phone got stolen, somehow deleted address book synced icloud. got time machine backup has old contacts. how put em in?

 

first open /ypourharddrive/users/yourusername/library/application support/ , highlight 'addressbook' folder. launch time machine , go in time file before lost phone. restore file. launch addressbook see if worked. luck.
