at&t iphone 4s user grandfathered unlimited plan , frequent throttling victim. residing in chicago, i've been hit throttle @ 2gb.

noticing ramped speeds evening, ran speed test. throttled twelve days billing cycle @ 2100mb. tonight, 8 days left, tested @ 3g speeds @ 2874mb.

thing i've changed on phone evening using jailbroken app fakecarrier alter logo ironic "throttled" name, alter name before. guess angst makin me eat crow tonight.
