Restoring iPad1 but keeping data plan on it?

i want give ipad1 brother. want transfer data plan him, want ipad1 restored new. how can best this? data plan remain on ipad if plug itunes , restore new?

 

i've restored mine in past (for troubleshooting) , data plan remained. you're cool brother that!
