Reply to List not working in Mail.app

i'm member of several online forums , have found since switching snow leopard lion replies send forums no longer automatically got list, rather go last person mailed out list.

means must @ to: field ensure list address appears rather last person mailed list.

have researched as know how, far have not been able find answer.

can advise on mail correct this?
