Leopard computers and iCloud workaround?

i have powerpc imac @ work need including being in mobileme sync mix of devices: iphone4, ipad1, mac pro (snow leopard).

hate thought of having rid of ppc imac can new computer can run lion, can keep work computer in calendar , contacts databases sync loop.

, of course if later model computer work, of apps need upgraded too, word , adobe creative suite expensive.

seems such waste force me computer purchase have run lion can have communicate icloud.

know if there's workaround or 3rd party app allow ppc on leopard communicate icloud yet?

not sure if you're still looking answers or not purchased used powerpc 2.0 gig g5 dad use. have discouverd mobileme or icloud email work far can't figure out work around rest. email work set imap account. incoming server different icloud need new information. older mobileme account uses p99-imap.mail.me.com , new icloud set dad uses p03-imap.mail.me.com. i've seen people online use p06 , i'm sure there other numbers.



unfortunately, haven't figured out calendars, contacts, or ichat. if know of other work arounds please let me know.
