Iphone 3gs spinning wheel, restore error code 1645

hi

got iphone 3gs have 2 problems with..

first off have never been jailbroken.

first problem: stuck on spinning wheel. cant reboot turn off or that.

second: cant restore becaus have error message show "error 1645"

have not try hard restore beacus have shuted.

has solution?

 

hold sleep/wake button till shuts off, hold again try turn on. if gets stuck again, there isn't of can do, since itunes can't either. time call apple: 1-800-my-apple.
