How to set which display an app opens on?

hello. have boxee installed , want appear on tv (hdmi output on graphics card), , no other displays. there way can this? want display not recognised os x "display", , output media software (boxee) it.

im open suggestions.

by way, tried switchresx , display maid didn't seem work? ... app.
