Can't install windows 7 using rEFIt

so bought digital version of windows 7 (.iso file). decided use usb install windows 7 via bootcamp on macbook. used microsoft's windows 7 usb dvd tool on other laptop (vista) , put .iso windows 7 file on usb. downloaded refit , rebooted macbook twice usb in it. second time, reason when refit boot option, there 2 windows options, 1 "boot windows hd" , other "boot windows partition 1". why getting these 2 options instead of one? if choose of 2 options message "no bootable device". can't figure out problem is, partitioned hard drive using bootcamp (40gb), put .iso file on usb , using refit.

- macbook 1.1 ( 2007 )
