Would a 15" or 17" be better on my eyes

i have owned 11" macbook air 8 months , @ first didnt seem issue after using long periods of time realize strains eyes @ screen, when typing or reading new articles.

can make suggestion if 15" or 17" macbook pro better using extended periods of time without putting strain on person's eyes?

 

the 17" pretty high resolution has more physical size increase size of fonts , windows specifications.
