i turned off iphone, , after turning on, stuck @ apple logo. if plugged computer, every couple minutes loading wheel show few seconds, go logo while making sync sound. eventually, held buttons until "connect itunes" screen showed up. connected mac, , restored phone. after done extracting, phone went logo, , mac said not restore phone because not find it. couple seconds later said not connect iphone because there password on (and did not give me way input password).
has run this?
edit: after doing 2 more times, phone has gone way having bar on phone filled, , mac says unknown error (-1) occurred , can't restore it.
