i have restarted phones, ipad, laptop , modem , checked wifi sync box checked, wifi working , else suggested when have read support or googled problem.
wifi sync work more not, when lapop on , phone plugged power, box says "sync now" greyed out. afternoon however, worked , both phone , ipad synced wirelessly ( first time in around 5 days).
in addition this, trying install apple tv , have turned on home sharing in itunes still apple tv not "find" of devices or itunes on our pc.
spent on 45 minutes on hold trying speak apple support afternoon before having hang , on life!
please help!!
