Why is Apple holding back on gesture controls?

having installed better touch tool amazed upon seeing control panel live view, possible.

while btt have found clashes limited built in osx gestures , makes them behave in flaky way, have had regrettably disable btt.

why apple introduce magic mouse these amazing gesture capabilities provide control panel doing few simple things?

 

i seems me once commit gesture want stick long haul. that's theory of course.
