Step by step jb upgrade from 4.01 to 4.3 (5.1)

i need step step on how upgrade jb iphone 4 bb 01.59 4.01 min 4.3.3, or 5.01 if possible, must untethered, or semi tethered if vers proven very stable.

dont lecture me on how use google or stuff, ive been searching over, , can find partial info on how it, , therefore no recipe on how b.

might need preserve bb, in matter need part included in description too...

you can either use pwnagetool (mac) or redns0w (mac/pc) jailbreak , preserve baseband unlock.
