4S cant send MMS!

after jailbreak,
cant send pictures throught text messages.
can receive when try send, looks fine on end..
(says delivered) person on other end doesnt anything.
jailbroke 3 phones on computer, , 2 dont send mms , other fine. of them exact same 4s same 9a405, dont understand how 1 work perfect , others flawed.

can help??
