Safari download bug?

everytime download on safari , see item in download window have trouble viewing item. before when clicked on magnifying glass open items location in finder nothing. open if right click , select view in finder.
how fix this?

 

which safari version use on mac os x version?
tried deleting "com.apple.safari.plist" in macintosh hd / users / / library / preferences / yet?
