Please help My macbook pro sound not work.

my macbook have problem. no sound on speaker , headphone jack port no red light. microphone can't work too. yesterday connect mixer mac record sound after have problem. please help.

 

go system>preferences>sound

change settings to:

input=built in mic.

output=internal speakers

board held it's settings after disconnected it.
