Low Power USB Ports?!? Boo!

so i'm loving new ipad usb port on wired keyboard , 2 usb ports on of 30" acd insufficient charge ipad?!? what's that?!?!?!?

telling me have either plug wall or snake usb cord macpro under desk? c'mon apple - give me more workable solution that!

 

you're realizing this?
been since first gen. standard 5w usb outlets won't charge. if did, new ipad's huge battery take forever.
