Error when trying to add any repo

i've tried adding number of repos , each time following error:

sub-process /bin/bzip2 returned error (2)

tried google didn't find useful. ideas?

 

i had similar issue when trying cut , paste repo form. worked me first backspace , delete pre-populated "http://" , paste entire url form.
