Bought AppleCare+ for my sister, but it's under MY Apple ID?

hey guys, i'm trying figure out tell if sister's phone covered applecare+. has registered phone's serial number apple id. record, don't own iphone @ all.

anyway, since didn't ac+ @ time of purchase, went down apple store purchase it. receipt lists name , apple id under repair id. clarification, mean ac+ under name? if is, there way can transfer her?

 

ac , ac+ tied serial number of phone. that's matters.
