, first new in forum, 1st message. please excuse english since french. have read many posts on forum , noticed have more experts here anywhere else. let's jump in problem if can help.
have black screen on 2010 white
unibody a1342. have tested display on mackbook, , it's working. ribbon ok.
it's coming motherboard. looked melted component, , lucky, found near display connector .
'd replace myself , have few electronics skills, component very tiny (i have magnifying glass). may have buy soldering station this.
question now, don't know kind of component is, , value. can find ? can on ? can make myself since it's little piece, have soldered when younger ...but on bigger resistor/capacitor.
