Battery Power Usage

hello everyone;

have little problem, coconutbattery shows extremely high battery power usage after charge completed, when unplug magsafe , plug in again value drops reasonable values 7-11 watts. here screenshot of incident after last 6 charges.



first of all, "battery power usage" mean? amount of power adapter takes wall plug? use 60 w adapter possible adapter drain more power it's design capacity? had unexpectedly high electric bill last month bit worried if might reason.
