anydvd and handbrake

i using anydvd in parallels , manually moving them mac conversion mp4 in handbrake, moving them again itunes. process fine if doing couple of dvd's i'm doing on 500. have read sticky @ top regarding automator, can't seem work though. picturing, @ least me seems simple. program monitor folder (ripped vob files in ts folder) push them handbrake convert mp4 , move them itunes. such program exist?
