Weird Apple Mail problem

hey guys, got bit of mystery issue i've never seen before , thought perhaps here has experienced , know what's going on.

every time dad sends e-mail in apple mail using company e-mail address, e-mail shows in recipient's inbox none of previous messages e-mail thread. instead, appears new e-mail basic text doc attachment has of previous messages inside of it.

have clue why apple mail taking past messages e-mail , converting attachment when sends? attachment named att00001.c -- see attached screenshot of it.

have ideas how fix it?

i can't open screenshot, attachment mention in mime format chance?

it's possible read receipts blame this, without seeing shot it's hard tell.
