Waterproof iPhone 4 case that allows camera usage

i'm going on holiday tenerife july girlfriend, , plan on going few waterparks there. i'd love able take pictures , video on iphone 4, iphone , lots of water isn't combination!

of best value waterproof cases iphone 4? don't care speakers/headphone jack being covered, long can still use camera.

needs waterproof rather water resistant it'll submerged on of rides go on. i'd love if included way secure myself (neck strap maybe?)
