VMware Fusion 4 - $39.99 right now from VMware Store - Price error

so i've been in market purchase upgrade fusion 3 fusion 4.

vmware offering fusion 4 @ $39.99 via electronic download. indicate coupon code of 10% using promo code 'fusionloveslion' when checking out, promo code wasn't working.

called vmware , rep spoke stated that promo code isn't working because $39.99 error , price should $49.99 accept promo code.

if you're in market fusion 4, might time purchase before price gets corrected.
