USB Port Stopped Working


hey all,

have 2011 macbook pro, , 1 of usb ports stopped working. there software issue can check resolve this, or need take genius bar?
 

about mac, system report, find usb , see if gives error beside it

im assuming tested multiple usb devices on port already?
