The other party can't hear me on Facetime.

hi,
i'm having trouble facetime. i'm using macbook facetime 1 of friends using iphone. problem is, when talk, can't hear me, can hear clearly. can solve problem me? in advance.

 

here discussion on apple forum has suggestions. btw, first hit on google search.

if doesn't fix , want post here, should mention in post os version running, equipment using , have tried fix problem already.
