South Florida Verizon users

how data speeds? i'm switching sprint , looking go verizon. i'm hoping verizon's data speeds better sprints.

if want ipad, verizon wins.
if want iphone, at&t wins.

far actual speeds on lte (for ipad) seems vary wildly.

i've run 4 speed tests far.
(all speeds listed down / up)
house in sunny isles (my neighborhood dead zone) - 2 mbps / 2 mbps
aventura mall apple store on launch day - 0.2 mbps / 0.01mbps
intersection of us-1/sr-826 (163rd street), north miami beach - 20mbps / 15mbps
ft lauderdale atlantic blvd 10mbps / 5mbps

in cases, compared at&t iphone 4s, , verizon lte faster. when tried switching verizon evdo, speeds bad, though. iphone, umts far better technology evdo, , at&t going win.

go coral springs once in while, haven't been there yet. according verizon map, coral springs isn't lte yet -- assume care lte when out , -- lte coverage seems west of florida turnpike atlantic oceans -- if you're out in 'glades, or down south in homestead, don't expect lte yet.
