Mac heating Up

when running windows in vmware imac or macbook pro generating lot of heat.
how can make them run cooler in mac os?

 

since vmware uses lot of cpu, cpu gets hotter. limit cpu usage in vm settings 1 core or fewer set.

btw, imac can handle lot of heat without spinning fans faster.
mbp not so, , if heat not bother you, there no harm.
