Is my dictation faulty?

hey guys,
keep reading these great things dictation. on ipad, dictation awful. never seems understand me , has these idiot interpretations of said. of time, it's interpretation isnt intelligible. bunch of gibberish comes out.

problem ipad or problem me? else here has lousy dictation?

if have background sound on, music tv etc. find produces gibberish. turn off, , it's great. not me have playing in background.

little practice, works well, stated, no background sound.
