iPhone 4S not connecting to iTunes Store...

so morning received notification apps needed updated went itunes store , selected "update all" updating apps stuck @ "waiting" bar. after 15 minutes pop comes saying not connect itunes store. have 3g coverage and connected wifi connection internet. tried restarting phone several times wont go past "waiting" screen. else having these problems? have tried update 10 times , still won't go past waiting bar.

 

try deleting app , re-installing. in future, don't recommend doing update ever.
